Psychic Services Agreement & Disclaimer

1. Nature of Services

By booking a session with Raya Thorne, you acknowledge that the services offered are of a spiritual, intuitive, and energetic nature. These include but are not limited to psychic readings, energetic assessments, ritual guidance, and mentorship in ceremonial magick and intuitive development.

These services are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You are encouraged to consult appropriate professionals for matters that fall outside the scope of spiritual services.

2. Disclaimer

All information provided in sessions is offered in good faith and for spiritual support and empowerment purposes only. Results are not guaranteed, and all guidance is subject to your own interpretation, discernment, and free will.

Raya Thorne makes no warranties or claims of specific outcomes. You remain solely responsible for the decisions and actions taken in response to any guidance received.

3. Confidentiality

All sessions are held in strict confidence. Personal information or session content will never be shared without written consent, unless required by law.

4. Age Requirement

All clients must be 18 years or older. If under 18, written consent from a parent or legal guardian is required.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Only two reschedules are available per booking and then your booking will be cancelled. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee or forfeiture of the session fee, at the discretion of Raya Thorne.

6. No Emergency Services

Psychic services are not suitable for emergencies. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek immediate support from a qualified healthcare provider or emergency services.

7. Energetic Boundaries

By engaging with these services, you agree to approach all sessions with respect, openness, and an understanding that this work is sacred and collaborative in nature. Raya reserves the right to refuse service to individuals who demonstrate disrespectful or harmful behavior.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided in sessions, courses, or materials—including meditations, rituals, and frameworks—are the intellectual property of Raya Thorne and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without explicit written permission.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or participating in any service offered by Raya Thorne, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above.
